Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.


Patch Testing

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new product.
Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours before regular application.

As every skin type is unique, we cannot guarantee individual results and are unable to offer refunds for skin sensitivities or reactions.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daisyasterskinco@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a store credit.
